Royal Line Services specializes in:

Rytec garage door installation

Rytec garage door repair and troubleshooting

Emergency garage door services

Sale and sourcing of genuine Rytec parts through our status as an Official Rytec Dealer and Certified Installer

Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and parts availability. We reserve

the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to contract in your jurisdiction

Provide accurate and complete contact information

Have the authority to request service on the property where the work will be performed

3. Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided via phone, email, or our online contact form are:

Non-binding until confirmed in writing and accepted by both parties

Based on the information provided by the customer

Subject to change if additional labor, parts, or unforeseen work is required

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing will be provided in writing prior to the start of work.

A deposit may be required for large projects or parts orders.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as indicated on your invoice.

Late payments may incur fees or interest as permitted by law.

5. Parts and Warranties

As an Official Rytec Dealer, we use genuine Rytec parts where applicable.

Manufacturer warranties apply only to parts purchased and installed by Royal Line Services in accordance with Rytec’s

guidelines.

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the part, product, and nature of the defect.

Labor warranties are provided at our discretion and will be stated in your service agreement.

6. Emergency Services

While we offer emergency service, response times depend on technician availability, location,

and traffic conditions. Emergency service may incur additional fees.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing safe and reasonable access to the work area

Securing pets, valuables, and personal belongings before service begins

Notifying us of any building restrictions, HOA rules, or special requirements prior to service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Royal Line Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or revenue, arising

from the use of our Services or Site.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

You may not use this Site for unlawful purposes or to infringe upon the rights of others.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Royal Line Services or its licensors and may

not be copied, modified, or distributed without written consent.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve matters informally first.

If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in the county where services were provided, unless

prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this Site. The “Effective Date” will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of our Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
